Contact a Partner Agency
Reach out to a partner agency you already work with, such as your child's school social worker, and ask whether they can refer your family.
Agency Refers Your Family
The partner agency submits a referral to us on your behalf, sharing your family's needs through their existing relationship with our team.
We Review the Referral
Each referral is reviewed against that program's guidelines and current availability before assistance is confirmed.
